Return Policy

Introduction

At Creative Journal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations of our products and services. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Physical Products

Return Eligibility

You may return physical products (such as journals, art supplies, or printed materials) within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is in its original condition;
  • The product is unused and undamaged;
  • The product is in its original packaging;
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@khimthik.world or call +61 2 5248 5478 to request a return authorization.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.
  3. Package the product securely with all original materials and include the RA# on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For items on sale or purchased with a discount code, refunds will be based on the actual amount paid.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloadable templates, e-books, or digital workshops), all sales of digital products are final, and we do not offer refunds on digital purchases unless required by law.

However, if you experience technical issues with accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact our customer support team, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Workshops and Events

In-Person Workshops and Events

For in-person workshops and events, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation 14 or more days before the event: Full refund or credit for a future workshop.
  • Cancellation 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit for a future workshop.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but credit for a future workshop may be issued at our discretion.

If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

Online Workshops and Courses

For online workshops and courses, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation before accessing any course materials: Full refund.
  • Cancellation after accessing course materials but within 7 days of purchase: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation more than 7 days after purchase: No refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:

  • A description of the damage or defect;
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item;
  • Your order number or other proof of purchase.

We will either replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel workshops, events, or orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered:

  • A full refund;
  • Credit toward a future workshop or product; or
  • The option to reschedule for a later date, if applicable.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.
